That is correct some people are sincere and some are not those who are sincere then feel bad and there is conflict. If everyone works hard and sincerely there won’t be any conflict.

That is right because sincere people make those who are not sincere work hard. Then there is no conflict.

This is not right conflicts are only at home and in families. At workplace we all go to work. Whatever the boss says we do so there is no question of conflict.

This is incorrect. As long as some humans come together for some common goal, there will be conflict. It will always exist at a work place too conflict has to be managed to get some benefit, decision or learning out of the situation.
