Sameer is right because doing what the professor asked will left other people take advantage of our strengths and hold us in low esteem if they know our weakness.

All of us have some strengths and some weaknesses unless we list them out realistically and systematically, how would it be possible for us to work on them and improve? So Sameer is not right.

Sameer is right because listing out our weaknesses may demotivate us. Also others will come to know what we are not good at and they may laugh at us.

Only by imagining our strengths as well as our weaknesses it is possible to get success so we don’t have to work on them

We are able to be authoritative with others and this gives us importance.

We can stay safe and in case we make a mistake we know how not to let it be known or caught by others.

We can work to reduce our strengths and to enhance- our weaknesses.

We can develop our capabilities and thereby develop our personality.

Apart from listing and timetables what else needs to be done for managing time –

Everything that we force everyday has nothing to do with setting our goals. We must just work and waste time in setting goals etc.

If we start working in the morning, we are bound to finish our work by evening. Timetable and all is necessary only for examination good idea.

We work lists and timetable for our work but then something or the other keeps us busy all day. All the end of the day we get true never do anything as per the lists or the time table set by us. So it is better not to do any such things. If we work honesty all day. We done the next day.

Along with making a list of tasks. Keeping in mind our personal goals and our personal goals and work related goals while making a timetable then everyday work is step towards our goals. Otherwise each day is spent in finishing whatever comes up daily and we are never close to achieving our goals.

Setting goals is also means making a kind of a decision is this statement correct? If Yes why. If no why?-

Setting a goal is action and deciding that goal needs more action A goal sometimes does not demand action and therefore.

This statement is wrong because any decision is dependent on what is in front of us. There is not much we can do about that but goals be what we want or where we want to go in life.

Any decision requires action. Only setting a goal does not help us to achieve the goal and working on it both require action. Therefore this statement is correct.

This statement is incorrect because decisions are about what we are facing in the present goals are about future things.

No this ability is used in personal life. We do not need it at a workplace

This skill of changing and adapting to the change is absolutely not essential for personal life. Life goes on it keep.

The ability to change and adapt to the change depends on the kind of work we do some kind of work may equal

We continuously keep changing by adapting both in personal life and at work place. That is also why we can work whether the work is personal or official we cannot survive tough or challenging times without this skill.

Today the boss was upset with Jyoti because he believed that had made a mistake in work. Jyoti was so busy with some urgent work that she didn’t get a chance to say that the mistake was not hers. The mistake had actually been committed by her colleague. Shanta about four days passed and again Shanta did something wrong. The boss noticed the mistake. But Shanta didn’t say anything. So the boss told Jyoti that she must be careful in her work.What should Jyoti do about this?

Jyoti must not do anything. Sometime like this happens sometimes. When you work with your boss. There things are expected also Shanta will feel bad.

Jyoti must first go speak with Shanta and make it very clear that already once had taken the blame for her mistake because she had been anything in her defence. But it had happened again. If this were to happen one more time. She will go and explain everything to the boss

She should straight go talk to the boss and explain that both the times it was not her mistake but Shanta’s And say that it was wrong of he told her responsible for them.

Now Shanta must quickly go to the boss and state some Complaints about Jyoti so that she is safe.
